A very professional working relationship and a high level of specialist knowledge. From my perspective as a freight forwarding manager, I particularly appreciate the comprehensive customs clearance support – not only efficient handling, but also analysis of and advice on non-standard, demanding matters. The agency is happy to share its knowledge and insights, which helps us understand customs issues better and gives clients greater confidence both in the agency and in us as a logistics operator. Particular credit is due for being the only agency willing to take on a complicated clearance that other agencies did not want to handle.

WHY THIS MATTERS

The border does not create problems. It reveals them.

Goods rarely stop solely because a document is missing. More often, the problem starts earlier: with inconsistent data, incomplete arrangements, unclear responsibilities or decisions made without checking the requirements in Norway.

That is why customs clearance should not be the last step in planning a shipment. It should be part of the preparation that begins before the goods set off.

What this changes

Data before the border

Digitoll and digitalisation reinforce a trend that is already apparent: information about the goods, the transport and everyone involved needs to be ready earlier.

The result: less improvisation when the shipment is already on its way.
